At Study Knight, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are processed for cancellations and returns made through shop.studyknight.in.
1. Refunds After Return Approval

Refunds are only processed after the returned product is received and approved by our quality check team.

If the return does not meet the required conditions (unused, original packaging, etc.), the refund will be rejected.
2. Refund Amount

Full refund is not applicable in most cases.

Delivery / shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

Only the product value (excluding shipping) will be refunded.
3. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible—you may request a return after delivery (as per our Return Policy).
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:

Bank Account / UPI Refunds:
Refund will be credited within 5–10 working days (subject to bank/UPI processing times).

You will receive a confirmation message/email once the refund is initiated.
5. Mode of Refund

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

COD orders (if applicable) may require additional bank details for refund processing.
6. Important Notes

Refunds are not issued for products returned without approval.

If the returned item fails quality verification, the refund will be declined.

Study Knight reserves the right to refuse unreasonable or fraudulent refund requests.
